John Savadjian of Old Tappan Financial, LLC has worked in the financial services industry for the past 40 years. He started his career in 1975 with Prudential, and worked there for more than 35 years as an agent, sales manager, assistant to the Vice President, and ultimately General Manager. For over 25 years John Savadjian was a general manager of one of the largest insurance agencies in the US. An important leadership lesson that John has discovered over the years is that this business is a marathon, not a sprint.
